    &lt;li&gt;To provide bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toilet care, turning, transferring, ambulating, transporting, feeding, bed making, and properly using/applying safety&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;devices. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Communicate directly with licensed personnel regarding resident changes, concerns, safety factors, and other resident related data. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Maintain current knowledge regarding communication and safety systems. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Additional duties to be performed upon request and under the supervision of the team leader. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Performs any other duties as assigned. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Take vital signs and report to team leader . &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Assist in training of new nursing assistants. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Participate in QI meeting as requested &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Report any concerns or suggestion to the safety committee team of measures that can be taken to improve overall facility safety &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;To possess strong communication skills and good customer service skills &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;To conduct self in professional manner at all times &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;To complete accurate documentation on every shift that is worked &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;To keep work areas including patients room neat and orderly at all times &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;To assist residents in the fine dining experience and communicate any suggestions to the dietary manager or activity director &lt;/li&gt;
